I have zero dislikes for TeamViewer Remote. TeamViewer Remote is amazing.

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?

TeamViewer is one of the oldest remote access/control apps on the market. It has built itself quite a niche of users/followers. This allowed it to have a very wide range of experience in almost all the business models/categories out there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teamviewer has a great app and a very straightforward web interface. It is very secure and robust. Also, it is the first remote access app I ever used. The mobile app also gives it a big boost ahead of the competitors: they may have their own mobile apps but Teamviewer, in my opinion, takes the cake.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, when the connection is a bit shaky or slow, it refuses to connect. I do not know if it's a security feature of because it's heavy but, this annoys.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best remote access apps you may ever use. Once you start using it regularly and exploring the features it provides, I very much doubt you will ever let go of it.
