1) Installation and device setup is super easy. 2) Secure and easy to access in any OS and platform. 3) Supported almost everywhere, good source of file transfer and sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fast and friendly environment , accessing is very easy overall.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. It hangs alot in between which cause issues and need restart. 2. Somehow it has security issues with many users environment and they restrict using this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simple platform for remote connecting issues.
