What differentiates TeamSupport from other similar products?

Ease of implementation, product support, excellent support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We depend upon the reporting functionality daily, monthly and annually. I do not see us leaving TeamSupport any time soon.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search functionality leaves some things to be desired, especially with custom fields. That said, their support staff is always helpful and has been great at trying to support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chat with a sales rep and see if the product will fulfill your needs. They do an excellent job and will be very honest about their capabilities.

What differentiates TeamSupport from other similar products?

It is extremely easy to wrap your head around and apply each facet of your support role into using the product with out forcing it. I was naturally able to collaboratively work with my team, customer, and TeamSupport to achieve a higher standard of support

Same as any other CRM software but...

What differentiates TeamSupport from other similar products?

I found that the TeamSupport software performs pretty much the same as other software but I find the layout of the data I need to run my business to to be easier to work with since at times I'm spending my entire day using it. I prefer to be out in the field and not fighting any programs or software the is supposed to make my life easier. TeamSupport does that for me. I'm able to quickly find what I need and move on. It saves time and eases frustration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of access to my data and notes on my clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much. Its the so similar in functionality to other CRMs that if one CRM doesn't have a particular feature other CRMs don't have it either.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't expect some to tread new ground with functionality. It handles what i needed it to handle and did so in an aesthetically pleasing way.
