Reporting could be a lot more intuitive. It is powerful but not always easy to understand/use.

The most wholesome difference that I found using TeamDynamix ITSM is its flexibility and configurability to align with our organization's unique workflows and processes. Especially with the ability to integrate with external systems and tools, it provided us with a comprehensive approach to IT service management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect will have to be the robust reporting and dashboard capabilities. It has provided us with actionable insights and real-time visibility of the metrics that matter most for our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One potential area for improvement with TeamDynamix ITSM is the user interface, which can be overwhelming and confusing at times, especially for new users. However , once you invest some time in understanding the system, it becomes more intuitive to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asset discovery and management. Know our IT hardware and software assets. Incident and problem management. Easy to access to the service catalog, knowledge base, and project portfolio. User will be able to visit client portal to search, find and request technology related information.
