The User Facing elements are well constructed and seem to make sense to our users.

Reporting could be a lot more intuitive. It is powerful but not always easy to understand/use.

Consider what existing products in your environment can be easily integrated into this ITSM tool.

Asset discovery and management. Know our IT hardware and software assets. Incident and problem management. Easy to access to the service catalog, knowledge base, and project portfolio. User will be able to visit client portal to search, find and request technology related information.
