What differentiates Sugar Market from other similar products?
The number one benefit of Sugar Marketing for us was its integration with SugarCRM, and the ability for contacts and contact groups, and distribution lists to be fully integrated and syncronised.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use creating great emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navigation and ability to copy old emails is awkward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are using SugarCRM, Sugar Marketing is a must for lead nurturing, and email marketing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This CRM has advanced artificial intelligence (AI) functions to perform predictive reports that allow the company to take advantage of trends and market opportunities, ahead of the competition. This CRM application is based on the automation of many of the processes related to customers, both in sales, in the support service, and in digital marketing strategies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some areas have not been improved in a while (such as webinar management) and can be overwhelming for less technical marketers. UX can also use some improvements even in areas where the user interface has been updated
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It helps keep costs down, and when you're small, you don't need all the processing power of a paid hosted solution. Definitely a great option if you have the ability to install and maintain your own instance on your web server.
