What differentiates Sugar Market from other similar products?

Easy communication and looking to the future of the application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I believe that the willingness to wet the platform is the application's best asset. It sure promises something good for the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say that what makes it interesting also has bad consequences. Many updates generate instabilities. I think it shouldn't be the most intuitive app either.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Today I don't use it anymore, but I believe that the desire to improve for me is one of the most relevant things.

What differentiates Sugar Market from other similar products?

Picked it when it was called SalesFusion. Was priced competitively, offered the features required around email automation and inbound lead forms, and could connect to Salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The nurture builder was pretty neat and intuitive. And the built-in email format checker.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I used it it was a little mix of old and new design, so workflow not always clear. List management of contacts could have been better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a demo and see if it fits. Technical implementation was easy, but allocate enough internal resources for content creation and managing emails and campaigns.
