Well it's stack overflow, every developer out there is already familiarize with stack overflow, and this makes very easy use and to develop the habit of recording knowledge and searching for answers
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
my favorite part is that the search engine is very efficient! Another thing I really like is that it lets you tag people to answer questions for you.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it's not that I really dislike it, but I find the reputation system confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe the teams stack overflow is a great choice of knowledge base, especially for IT companies where developers are already accustomed to the OS, but it's still important to encourage registration and search of information.
