What differentiates Sprout Social Professional from other similar products?
The ability to centrally manage all of our social media account information has saved us a lot of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to schedule, manage and create content on all our social networks is what we value most as an organization about the SproutSocial platform. The ability to set up a calendar to play content is a really useful tool; the reality is that there are times when we just don't have time to come up with new ideas and this tool makes our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There aren't many things we don't like about the platform, but one thing we absolutely hate is how frustrating it is when we can't make changes to our failed posts. Every time this happens, we have to start over and redo everything, which is a huge pain.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As far as social media management tools go, Sprout Social is at the top of the list. You can automate processes, schedule posts in advance, monitor mentions and evaluate performance, among many other important features. Its simple, easy-to-use design makes it ideal for marketing teams of any size.

Sprout is the most easy to use and efficient product on the market for Social Media Managers.

My favorite aspect is the "Listening" tool that I use for monitoring.

There is nothing I dislike about the product.

I would recommend completing all of the training articles available on their website.

The breadth of capabilities Sprout provides is much better than its competitors, I have used other vendors such as Hootsuite and I am much more happy with Sprout
