Their support people are really helpful and the service is quick, also, the platform is very intuitive in itself.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The analysis and report, how it is very sorted for monitoring and management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Only the fact that it is expensive, so we have to justify the company its capabilities and also the fact that we cannot integrate it to other social platforms
