What differentiates Spike from other similar products?

Spike shows us that we can have the ease of working in the simplest way and have one of the most efficient ways of being able to send emails and we can have quick conversations with clients or co-workers and the features are well organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is one of the tools that helps me and fascinates me about Spike since it is one of the tools that correctly handles each of the emails that we may be using. What I liked most about Spike is that we can access the software remotely, as there are several cloud conferencing or meeting software offered today. It's a super search app that's excellent: it covers all emails, including attachments, all events, all team collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have anything that I can't like about the platform. At the moment I have used it and been able to work very efficiently, but I would like its cost to be a little cheaper.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spike is a great platform to recommend, because we can have the ease of being able to be connected and manage responses efficiently in customer service because it is a great help for everyone and allows us to configure each of the emails and the user interface It is very modern and nice.

What differentiates Spike from other similar products?

We use this application for its amazing and innovative features that allow us to group each of them with greater ease and participation since customers can visit their emails and manage them efficiently and not have to drown in a lot of mail and can read them daily. .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Spike is an extraordinary and fantastic application since it is very useful and efficient on its platform as fast, its screen leads us to read quickly and create new business with its email design is very avant-garde and creates priority in each one of them automatically to keep the simple tray input and one of the ways to be able to anchor ourselves in this new modality is a very good combination and organized for everyone, a very good user interface is brilliant in everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish they could label all the notes for easier, in the same way I would love them to improve the way of calling since it is done by invitation, but I am loving using this application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is extraordinary a sensation of pleasure that we do not have in other applications, a high level when it comes to very spontaneous customer service, which means that we can have a good consideration with the work team.
