What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

When I only have a few pieces of information to juggle, I turn to Smartsheet. General use in recording information about projects or keeping tabs on ongoing processes. If you need to prompt other teams to provide data on a monthly, weekly, or fortnightly basis, this tool is invaluable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet has allowed us to unify and standardize our approach to project management. In the past, projects were more compartmentalized, and reporting on the various Excel logs was a tedious process. We've seen productivity gains as a result of automating some of our previously manual reporting in Smartsheet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dashboard graphs are limited in their customization options, therefore users must often improvise in order to achieve their goals. I think it would be great if there was a more flexible selection of charts and graphs to choose from. In particular, it would be helpful to restrict the axis's maximum value to 100% if the chart is a percentage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Currently, we're updating a small dataset on a regular basis using it. Automatic approval of submissions and reminders to review and maybe revise content at predetermined intervals are both aided by the form tool.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Asides primarily being a project management program , Smartsheet is also a dynamic work collaboration software. We are collaborating successfully through note taking, file sharing, task assignments, project tracking and the list goes on. As a team ,we are allowed to fully customize our collaboration workflow on this program by removing collaboration features that we dislike from our workflow and adding the ones we need. It's just good, old drag and drop.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet gives the user the ability to customize robust automation processes within the Smartsheet program. My team has fully utilized this and we have taken advantage of Smartsheets comprehensive set of integrations, connectors, conditional triggers to create advanced workflows that automates specific aspects of our project management activity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For some reason best known to the Smartsheet team , there is no autosave functionality on this program. Because this is a feature that everyone has come to expect from all cloud programs, it takes a lot of time for a user to come to grasp with this shortcoming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is built using the spreadsheet model. Therefore it may not be the best project management program for teams who 're not big fans of spreadsheeting.

It helps us keep track of everything from website development to app development to content creation and social media marketing efforts.

If you are comfortable with Microsoft Excel, you will have no trouble learning to use the Smartsheet platform. Smartsheet offers a straightforward design that makes learning it possible for even those who aren't tech savvy. It's important to remember that the UI may seem too basic for some users, prompting them to seek out alternatives. Smartsheet is an excellent choice for centralized project management of any size.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To put it mildly, it's a bit cumbersome. The capabilities it offers are limited. Functionality may be too basic for some larger businesses. The interface might use some polishing; I'm constantly aware of the lag when I switch between different tasks.
