What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It's like excel with super powers. It takes what you can do there and amplifies it with great features. Awesome for tracking tasks and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

all of the sorting & filtering options. Being able to assign items. Forms for entry. Just very flexible with what it does.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's limited to its wheelhouse. There's only so many things we can do through the tool. Integrations with other tools (usuch as JIRA) that would have added more value is very expensive. Also unlike excel you can't have multitabbed documents. And there are a few other things excel does that aren't here.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent tool to consider if you use a lot of spreadsheets, need to track multiple things, assign ownership to cells, or create task lists.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

We have great operations management and tasks which carry a fulfillment with Smartsheet directly to manage daily sales operations as well as build a dashboard to have important information about opportunities, closed deals, proposed products, we specialize in the registration of spreadsheets, integrating formulas, which allows a useful control.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have good opportunities to effectively automate deadlines and specific checkpoints in a calendar using the numerous options offered by the program mainly for the management of projects that occur frequently as also the main tasks of each project and secondary and of course the generation of documents is another great feature, as reports are also generated with automations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has small degrees of difficulty when exporting project information in standard formats and of course It should have more search parameters in the projects and improved notifications for the mobile application as well as the enablement of attaching element in an automated workflow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is recommended as a tool for project managers to effectively manage their team and keep projects on track. It is well suited for organizations looking to improve processes, build workflows, manage input information through forms and display data through dashboards for better performance of organizational parts.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Useful for team jurors who are unfamiliar with creating a planning schedule but need to arrange and assign tasks to various team members. The organization is currently in the process of maturing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to use a tool that has some familiarity takes time away from training and orienting employees to a new tool and allows a strategy to get off the ground.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could have a more user friendly interface or module to manage files uploaded to folders instead of attachments, it is available for external integration, but you have to pay to use it, would be nice if some integrations were built in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have several users who use Excel or Google Sheets for personal project management, this tool will be very useful and somewhat familiar. If you have a very large program, you might consider looking at more advanced platforms.
