What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet is designed with automation in mind. Using Smartsheet for our projects , has afforded us the opportunity to incorporate automation into aspects of our software project management process, by combining inherent conditional pathways and actions present on Smartsheet, into automated workflows that has led to faster completion of tasks and a coherent project collaboration experience for my team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet is built on spreadsheets . Therefore, everything I can achieve on a spreadsheet are achievable on Smartsheet , with more efficiency . This makes Smartsheet easier to pick up by new users in my team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Advance resource management and activity tracking are not by default , available on Smartsheet. Users have to purchase them as add-ons . I would prefer that this critical features come as a part and parcel of Smartsheet as against as additional extension features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think Smartsheet is an ideal software for project management, especially for managers interested in automating processes. Albeit, that this comes with its own inherent weaknesses.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet is a solid and amazing tool for project and portfolio management. I like how easy it is to implement and set up. It allows us to manage our projects from anywhere anytime. It is super easy to create and allocate new tasks to colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet enables me to organize and manage my daily projects and tasks with ease. It is one of the easiest application i have ever encountered. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly thus making it quite easy to learn and use. The customer support team is readily available anytime.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't remember anything that disappointed me while using Smartsheet.

To all prospective customers, i recommend Smartsheet for project and portfolio management.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Especially useful for team members who have no knowledge of building a project plan, but need to organize and assign tasks to various team members. Also external marketing partners use it as an input form tool to collect information from customers attending events and webinars Smartsheet is really intuitive and useful in these areas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Covers most of the basics of a project management tool, the usual tasks, milestones and project viewing options. create custom reports and publish them to the web easily, filter available content based on the user viewing the resource, comments, attach files, testing, reminders and automations all in the same interface. A somewhat complex program, but with its benefits for the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In a visual and aesthetic aspect the graphics, cards and control panel components could be more customizable, Zapier is available for external integration, but for its use it has an additional cost, it would be good if some integrations were built in Smartsheet to have more variability and with lower cost and its Problems connecting with legacy software through API or other methods.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works very well as a tool for project managers to effectively manage their team and keep projects on track. For us the excellent performance to encourage task organization; the learning curve is easy, you will be able to use it correctly. If you have a small to medium sized project that needs to be managed on a central axis, Smartsheet would be a great choice.
