The product have limitations in accommodating large number of data.

It would help if you considered ways to adapt data, like other applications or the cloud.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Making a board is a big help. No matter where you paste the data, it will always be in the same format. The sheet supports multiple users at once, and unlike Excel, filters used by one person will not affect the work of the other.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the intuitive design, adaptability in creating different types of sheets, powerful project management capabilities, customizable templates, wide range of integrations and continuous updates in Smartsheet work together to make teams more efficient and productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be quite annoying when two users try to enter data into the same column at the same time because the previous entry is often overwritten. This seems to be happening more frequently lately and usually occurs when you launch Smartsheet for the first time each day; At other times it opens and loads the sheets quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If I want to improve my company's productivity or just make some minor adjustments, I can use Smartsheet to keep track of everything. With your help, I can keep everyone informed about the project and send friendly reminders. It seems like everyone involved in the project is choosing to take a slightly different tack. The ability to monitor other team members even when they are not actively participating is another advantage.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Many features - efficient working. Remote access from the mobile app - it is great!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was looking for a solution to be able to easily create and access live spreadsheets to generate time sheets for a team of nationally deployed engineers. I found Smartsheet and never looked back. I was able to create 30 + of the time sheets using the spreadsheet feature and give a live link to individuals to input data each day. This took so much time out of the old manual process and gave me exactly what was required. The system is easy and straightforward to use if you are familiar with spreadsheets and all of my team were able to access with no issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There were a couple of times that the spreadsheets did not auto save, but could be due to connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is simple enough to implement with minimal effort - you can build your base spreadsheet and go from there
