I don't know that we've ever been able to contact someone for support. It's also challenging to find support or training documentation

If you are looking for an easy to learn project management tool with various views including a visual and calendar view, this should be your top choice!

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
Users can organize and manage work efficiently in no time. It is very easy to use. It allows sharing of files to the members which helps all of the teams and users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a flexible software and covers all data viewing options. It performs precise operations and provide organized setup for the work. It controls the activities in a simple way which is easier for users to understand. It saves time in managing the work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One big drawback is that you cannot attach multiple files in an automated workflow. For the members of the team, it is a great problem. Smartsheet is very expensive. It attracts only a specific amount of people.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It should lower the price of the subscription. So that all ranges of teams can have access to it. It should provide a free version as well. By this the user and teams can view what are they buying and can use it for a while.
