What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Since installing this software in the office, I have been able to complete my assigned activities and tasks more easily, as they are more visible on the sheet, than in the other CRM. The cells can be put together to create a summary of the information. For me it is the ideal CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is as intuitive as an Excel sheet, which makes it very easy to use, but it has many more built-in functions to successfully manage each activity. The real-time task updates are a great help to know the real status of the project. Alarms and notifications are great for reminding you of activities that might be overlooked.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have few complaints with this software, although I wish its mobile app was as comprehensive as its web version is. Another flaw is that it takes a long time to upload files to the cloud, depending on the size of the file and for some it has been overwhelming with so many cells when running many projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very intuitive and easy to use tool, many advantages and very few disadvantages I have achieved when working with this software. My activities are smoother, more efficient and I always finish ahead of schedule, thanks to its system of alarms and reminders.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheets sharing in various ways for example presenting on conversion, emailing, sharing over text stages. It's pretty and truly natural to include various layers for example task proprietors, conditions, the basic way of outwardly engaging when I share with colleagues they can rapidly get the data they need and it doesn't seem confounded or tangled

Adding errand and conditions, working together with other colleagues, Distributing results, joining other work plans

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smartsheet having more prompts for the client, Perhaps an I incorporation that gets the sort of work plan that has been created and submits proposals, The free client profile is restricted justifiably yet it sucks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having the option to see the task in contrast with our authoritative objectives is truly useful particularly with multidisciplinary group Having the option to lay out repeatable cycles in view of an executed work plan permits us to guarantee we are distinguishing best practices Having the option to rapidly channel assets permits us to see where were over assigned and make changes in staffing Having the option to rapidly channel assets permits us to see where were over designated and adapt

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

This is the easiest to use and most intuitive software you will ever get, all team members learning to use it immediately and quickly and almost automatically, the work was executed more efficiently without any hiccups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way in which day-to-day functions can be automated is great; I can schedule reminders to be done automatically by Smartsheet, so I can notify my colleagues of daily or weekly functions they need to do. I can also see the changes that have been made to the sheet and who in my team has made them; and if I want to see the content prior to the change made, with the Cell History action I can do it, so I am aware of all the progress of the tasks performed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When there are many projects and lines on the sheet it can be overwhelming, which would be nice if you can group the sheets of the same project. Its mobile version does not compare to the web version, it is very deficient and lacks many of the functions and tools that you can have when you sit at the computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The whole work team has found it quite useful, the workflow has improved considerably and tasks that used to become tedious and routine, such as remembering weekly reports and notifying the delivery of daily tasks, are now done automatically. For this reason for me Smartsheet is the best.
