inavailability of ease in communication with fellow colleagues due to lack of chat option. This really affects negatively. Also it's functionality is not of high caliber. Nothing else really affects negatively.

Anything that wasn't immediately clear was made clear with the use of assistive tools and pointers. If you've already begun a form, I just ask that you reopen it. The form may be incomplete when it comes time to submit it. A workaround is to create a report and modify the row there, however it would be ideal if the form could be restarted from the beginning.
