What differentiates Sinch from other similar products?

One of the most scalable CPaaS, perfectly capable to follow a company through communication development and expansion from scratch

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scalability, openness to negotiation, excellent integration with some solutions like WhatsApp

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support is improving but is still not quite responsive, very prone to heavy bureaucracy when making additional arrangements, custom solutions are difficult to create

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Carefully consider your business needs. If you require CPaaS, you can get great deals with Sinch, and your communication activities can be greatly helped. If you need more custom than out of the box solution, perhaps a different vendor should be considered.

This tool offers us various means of communication, it helps us capture potential customers through advertising campaigns through any mobile messaging channel, which allows us to transform the brand experience, we can also enable comprehensive Omnichannel customer service experiences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform has the expectations required by our organization, therefore there are no unpleasant functions due to the great global functionality of the tool, it offers us various support materials to meet the needs of the client, it also reduces operating expenses, it allows us to organize strategies for make it easier to talk when and where customers want.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend this service because it is an easy-to-use platform, it gives us confidence since it is implemented by various companies known worldwide such as Google, Tinder and Uber, Sinch is recognized in Gartner's magic quadrant of 2022, for intelligence platforms artificial conversational business, which gives us security when using this service.
