What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

We've always had a strong business culture, but as we develop, we wanted something to assist expedite communication with workers while still maintaining our culture, especially since our employees are distributed throughout the country, prior to Simpplr our organization lacked a centralized location for corporate and other important information. Simpplr is assisting us in uniting our organization as an one team while disseminating information much more efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the nicest aspects about Simpplr is how simple it is to use. Because it integrates numerous components comparable to social media platforms that everyone is already acquainted with, there isn't much of a learning curve. Analytics, customized tiles, out-of-the-box solutions, must-read material, private and unlisted sites, content management, and many more features are among my favorites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There have been a few technical hiccups since installation, but overall it's been a pleasant journey. When you return, some of the posts are gone. The default feed from which posts on the home page are presented can be enhanced. Email notification might also be too many at times; there should be a simple mechanism to limit the amount of emails received. We had minor issues with duplicate sites, event calendars, and email notifications, but nothing major.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I strongly suggest this product for any firm because social networks are an important component of people's lives in the digital age. Employees are already accustomed to utilizing social media, so having a private social network available out of the box would be really beneficial. This may be utilized in a variety of ways and allows individuals to connect with one another. We contemplated hiring a moderator once the app went live to ensure that no one wrote anything political or libelous, but we felt that our team was capable of policing themselves.

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

Simpplr provided us that and much more by building a much larger operations center. We wanted a solution to facilitate communication between our office and field workers, one that felt like a social network to keep everyone interested, regardless of their technical abilities. Before Simpplr we used a Google site for a faux intranet with lots of arbitrarily shared files and documents on Google Drive. It used to be quite difficult for consumers to locate exactly what they were searching for; now, we can lead them to the information they want in a highly user-friendly style.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Setup was straightforward, and content creators of various skill levels were able to develop and administer sites. The original version was well received by our users. Simpplr provided us with all of the functionality we required and has continued to introduce new and exciting features over time. The onboarding and setup processes were fantastic and help was available at all times. Our account manager has been critical to our success, and we have developed a terrific working relationship.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics feature does not currently support native user metrics for mobile apps and will be added in the near future, it cannot be implemented in existing Salesforce. We understand why this is the case because we are dealing with PHI and there are security risks. This made login a bit more difficult, as certain users were able to use two Salesforce logins.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great to learn more about your organization. You don't have to use the site too much. Just join the relevant community and receive email communications. This tool is highly recommended for companies that want to provide a space to post something that constantly informs, praises, motivates and encourages employees to do their best.
