What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?
Simpplr enables us to keep all pertinent and sensitive information in a single, easily accessible location. Simpplr provides a terrific platform for all workers to access corporate resources, especially with our attempts to expedite self-service. Simpplr makes it incredibly simple to distribute content to employees. I'm excited to see the self-governance tool in action when we reach the one-year milestone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like best about their platform is that I immediately understood they performed a lot of research on the things they provide. They pay attention to their consumers' demands and respond accordingly. The system is really simple to use. Their self-governance tool is also quite useful in ensuring that our community does not become a content graveyard, which has been a concern in the past. Simpplr is a superb resource host that is simple to use and intuitive. I like the tags function, the ability to share new sites and pages straight in Slack, and the interesting carousel tool for staying up to date on current events.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few tiny details, such as the thumbnails. I'd like to have a few more options, whether it's to include an extra photo that fits correctly in the header and thumbnail, or some more cropping/formatting tools, or to limit the newsletter's content. Even when we've stumbled across problems like these, our Customer Success Manager has been invaluable in brainstorming alternatives, contacting support and submitting new feature requests on our behalf.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create your user scenario and collaborate with a consultant who is familiar with the product. Request that they produce an alpha version of Simpplr that allows your community to participate and respond. More coworkers should be informed about Simpplr and its benefits, in my opinion. It's critical to include this as part of the onboarding process so that new employees get the most out of it.

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?
We had business-critical information scattered across several locations prior to launching with Simpplr, and this technology assisted in bringing it all together in one attractive solution. Developing a centralized source of truth for staff communications. This platform was the most capable of assisting us in accomplishing our goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simpplr is simple to use, and staff quickly learned how to utilize it. The Simpplr staff walked us through the process step by step. For us, having a single source of truth that can be quickly shared across teams has been a game changer, it was really simple to develop content and invite other teams to add their own.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While the platform has some modifiable components, its overall feature set is very inflexible and standardized. Our only big concern was our dependency on photographs to generate content because we don't have a large store of them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We trust Simpplr because it provides an enterprise-wide social media experience, and its mobile app provides a terrific user experience, displaying the whole mix of communications across themes and teams. You may also message them directly, which is a good function. In addition, if you tag a coworker, they will be immediately aware of that message or post. Despite not having experienced much change in recent years, the online application provides an outstanding experience for viewing news.
