Currently as per my knowledge in Service Now in using last 3 years every day and every second. There are no option to dislike anything

Reporting in PPM is robust and it provides tools for analyzing performance of the project

The cost of implementation is relatively high and the dependency on azure ecosystem . The out of the box connectors are limited

Check detailed use cases that needs to be covered by your organization then check the product feasibility and also compare the pricing and long term support cost of the same .
