What differentiates ServiceNow GRC from other similar products?
The highly customizatble nature of the product is what it makes better than others that claim their software is customizable. Easy navigation, configuration and setup, great reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- The integration with other ServiceNow products as well as other third party software. - Quick and relatevely straightforward implementation - Highly customizable and configurable - Great workflow management and automation capabilities
What do you dislike most about this product?
- UI and UX could be better - Performance is sometimes an issue - Not so intuitive platform to learn - There are modules that are harder to understand and learn
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are lots of GRC platforms on the market, so before you sign with any of them, do your research and ask for a demo to be sure to get the right tool for your use case.

It has a nice, clean, organized look and feel compared to what was done before ServiceNow GRC.

The ease of configuration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Needing to buy additional tools to get the specific metrics was a downfall.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend buying this if Excel is what you use to manage risk.
