It cross checks how our teams are collaborating in during task and project management period. It offers solutions to business challenges that can affect performance and lead to high losses. It predicts performance and gives well laid down infrastructure to be followed for better results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is great tool and I have not been faced by any challenge from its performance.

I have not worked with similar products but with ServiceNow App Engine we have achieved a lot and worked on most applications effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has optimized our workforce operations and centralized our operation points for teaming up. Improvement of efficiency has contributed to increased productivity and better business performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any area of improvement since we deployed this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to invest in any App Optimization platform don't hesitate to invest in ServiceNow App Engine.
