What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

I like that it feels enterprise ready from day one. Security, governance, and scalability are already built in.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how smoothly it works with other ServiceNow modules. Everything stays connected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest downside for me is the cost. It can be expensive, especially for smaller teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before building apps, take time to map out your workflows and requirements. It makes setting up the platform much easier and reduces rework.
