What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

ServiceNow is on the rise and is backing up their product with excellent customer service and product documentation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of it. There are obviously some very complicated applications but ServiceNow makes the development as simple as it possibly can.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much customization for the fulfilment view but that adds to the simplicity of it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. It can help so many different departments all in the same platform.

ServiceNow is easy to use and implement. It provides multiple modules to cover the business needs. It has good community to tackle the doubts that pops up during development.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has flow designer which automates the business process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is very less control over the data storage

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is a good application for configuring the business requirement
