- It enables broad improvement of users as very less prior programming skills are needed. - Completely AI powered so recommendation, automations helps alot to make work super easy and fast. - Easy task management with workflows and monitoring of task is also amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With proper scalable and secure enironment it helps in building custom applictions with perfection automations tools and integration capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Little costly as per the market standards. - Some issues of performance are encountered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very helpful product for less experienced people to start with but cost is little high.

What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

I think the low code interface is much more intuitive than others. It makes it easy for non-developers to automate complex processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is app engine studio. It makes it easy for non-developers to build a working app using the templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the interface is a little bit clumsy sometimes which can be a bit frustrating when you're on a tight deadline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to have a proper plan and give training to each individual before having them use it.
