- It enables broad improvement of users as very less prior programming skills are needed. - Completely AI powered so recommendation, automations helps alot to make work super easy and fast. - Easy task management with workflows and monitoring of task is also amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With proper scalable and secure enironment it helps in building custom applictions with perfection automations tools and integration capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Little costly as per the market standards. - Some issues of performance are encountered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very helpful product for less experienced people to start with but cost is little high.

What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

We rely on event-driven automation using Business Rules and Script Actions, along with the Flow Designer for orchestration. Compared to other low code platforms, the strength is not just UI based development, but how we can control execution through server-side scripting. Everything is built on top of the Task table and extended tables, using which we are able to be consistent in handling of workflows across incidents,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automate support workflows from start to end. Automate ticket triaging using Business Rules and Flow Designer, enrich records via Integration and also trigger group chats or approvals dynamically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You still need strong knowledge of ServiceNow internals like the table hierarchy or indexing or query optimization, and script execution order not every one can build automations or integrations from the get go.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure your team has real platform expertise. The tool is powerful, but without experienced developers, it’s easy to create performance bottlenecks and you would end up not using the full potential of the application.

What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

I think the low code interface is much more intuitive than others. It makes it easy for non-developers to automate complex processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is app engine studio. It makes it easy for non-developers to build a working app using the templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the interface is a little bit clumsy sometimes which can be a bit frustrating when you're on a tight deadline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to have a proper plan and give training to each individual before having them use it.
