What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?

No clear differentiation beyond competitive pricing. Same feature-set as most social media management software options out there but may have an edge in terms of affordability and responsive/attentive customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calendar-interface for scheduling and posting was convenient, user-friendly tool for seeing all your future social posts in a quick glance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the time of implementation, we had numerous issues scheduling/posting dynamic content (i.e. GIFs, video) and issues cross-posting to certain platforms. Typically, the response was that these features were "under development" or a "platform-specific issue" that needed to be addressed by the social media platform itself. We eventually left for another service that didn't have these issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use free trial to see if service meet's your organization's social management needs before fully committing. I think they used to offer a month-long trial period.
