What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

I see BrowserStack is the major competitor for SauceLabs. I don't see any difference between these 2. However I think BrowserStack has bigger Community (Browser Stack Champions). little better features on Supported Devices, Better and competitive pricing model. Direct integration with Jira, Slack etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Device support, help aviable from SaceLabs technical team etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of community engagement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just a suggestion: Try to create a big and engaging community for Testers, Developers, Managers etc., Run frequent sessions on the capabilities of this product.

What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

There are some big players already available in the market when it comes to cloud based testing. Saucelabs provides an easy to integration framework to developers and quality engineers with a freedom to choose any platform for setting up their automations. Extensive documentation and test analytics make Saucelabs stands out from some key names in the cloud based domain.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A plethora of devices to choose from! When it comes to web based or native mobile based applications, the main goal is to achieve maximum possible coverage. And Sauce labs has a large variety ranging from real devices to emulators to choose from. The diverse device coverage makes the end to end tests for any application whether functional or visual less complex and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Saucelabs can cause a hole in your pocket. There are other alternatives in the market and similar integrations to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

At the end of the day, it boils down to evaluating any cloud based tool and see how seamless fit it is. Every organisation, project or team has individual requirements, The best tool to integrate is one which enhances the development and quality processes. I would recommend doing a POC before finalising any tool. Saucelabs is a great addition to your team if it checks the above conditions.
