What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

its use case and the simple design of the application is beauty.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the support , they are very dedicated and supportive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes Sauce labs stop working and during this time it creates a blocker. I know this is the story of all softwares but is there any way we can reduce the downtime?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's simple and good starter product.

It provides seamless cross browser integration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No need to setup physical infra in order to test mobile apps on various combinations of browser and devices

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times process time out or execution is too slow

buy license as per need basis

What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

I see BrowserStack is the major competitor for SauceLabs. I don't see any difference between these 2. However I think BrowserStack has bigger Community (Browser Stack Champions). little better features on Supported Devices, Better and competitive pricing model. Direct integration with Jira, Slack etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Device support, help aviable from SaceLabs technical team etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of community engagement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just a suggestion: Try to create a big and engaging community for Testers, Developers, Managers etc., Run frequent sessions on the capabilities of this product.
