What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

Sauce Labs offers services like many other products out there, what differentiates them is their dedication to your success. Their support services team will work with you on implementation and ensure your success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use is the first thing that comes to mind. Whether you are using Selenium or Cypress or any of the other automated testing frameworks they have a solution for you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I could change one thing it would be the cost. The price is completely justified BUT it creates a hurdle that QA teams have to help our managers get over in order to utilize full features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jump in with both feet and reach out to the support team right away. They have a free trial that you should utilize in your first 14 days. Once you start the trial set up a meeting with a support rep and let them help you get the implementation going.

What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

As per me, if a product solves my basic problem of mobile testing for both manual and automation that is one of a good product. So Sauce labs are doing that job in a very favorable manner and all the tools provided are awesome. UI is very good and easy to use. Other than that the support for multiple mobile vendors with different OS combinations and multiple browsers with major combinations are supported in this platform and readily available to use. More than all these this vendor is very reliable and approachable, I mean the customer support is very good in solving all our queries in time and fast. lastly, availability is good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reliability and availability of the product at all times and resolving all our queries in time within a day or so.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had a comparison with other similar vendors and sauce labs is a little slow when compared to others, i mean the UI is heavy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, its one of the best when compared to other vendors in the similar category.
