What differentiates SAP Success Factors Incentive Management from other similar products?
SAP unlike many other products has the ease of custom-ability at your finger tips, with customer support that is highly reliable and documentation on the ability to run various reports it allows any business operations to see a report in a multitude of ways.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Honestly the customizability of the UI from someone who has worked in IT and has worked in running reports for the most part, this tool has allowed me to show what I need to show and hide the bits that don't need attention. Not hiding anything but the ability to navigate and create reports for your own use is highly useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the best things about a tool are its worst and when it comes to this product the UI can be a bit agitating for those that are not familiar or used to its set up. SO training is highly important however with a team that is readily available and coworkers who use it as much as I did, sometimes it still seems to be ok!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you like customization, the ability to run unique reports and to track finances to a "T" then this product would be highly useful.
