What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Financials are naturally integrated with all administrative aspects of projects, and AddOns are very flexible in terms of tailoring them to the needs of the enterprise. We also believe that they provide strong platform system support. I've used this ERP for several years and find it to be quite beneficial for gathering data and using it to inform decisions. For analysis on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis, we can create our own reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All of the SAP Business Workflow features are worthwhile, however, it is not without flaws. SAP Business Workflow, like any ERP, has system limits and defects that must be addressed. SAP is also a little pricey business process management solution.

SAP Business Workflow simplifies the definition of business processes that were not possible before SAP. SAP Business Workflow is especially useful in instances where work activities must be repeated or if the business process necessitates the engagement of a large number of agents in a precise order.

Their Workflows are more differentiable than other tools. SAP offers a number of workflows that map specified business processes. Before this, we need more time but these procedures only need a little effort to implement. We used it to integrate current SAP system capabilities to create new business processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hate that it requires someone with extensive SAP technical knowledge to instruct others on the tool and the strong reliance on the SAP portal is a disadvantage since it necessitates the implementation of the SAP portal. In addition, executing other workflows might become slower.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For a SME, SAP B1 is a highly straightforward and user-friendly ERP (small to medium enterprise). I've used this ERP for over 2 years and find it to be quite beneficial for gathering data and using it to inform decisions. You can create your own reports for examination on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. It is simple to swap between the two components. I fervently urge start-up companies to use SAP B1 ERP. Second, when my organisation chose to move to MySap, it was very simple to export data from Sap B1 to MySap.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features and functionalities of the programme, particularly the accounting and personnel management tools, are simplistic because it is best suited for small businesses. It takes a lot of clicking to find and access several tools because they are rather hidden. It appears that I'm using an older piece of software, thus I would prefer a more contemporary interface in the upcoming upgrades, but this is purely a question of taste.
