It’s definitely easier to use than other similar products. I believe that it’s easier to use because of its flexibility.

The ROI that it has provided.

There’s nothing really that I don’t like about this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is very user friendly and easier to use and customize more than some of the similar products I have used in the past prior to SAP.
