What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?

This has budget module inbuilt which many softwares lack and database is SQL which is very userfriendly to manage

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Expense management and budget control and query reports

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unavailablity of master level item ledger entry reports such as customer, vendor, inventory for doing reconciliation with general ledger

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very good product and will take care most of your requirements, many of your needs will get taken care from the standard product itself, any niche requirement also can be easily developed with the help of customization. But before making a buying decison do compare Microsoft Navision with SAP B1 and then make a decision on the basis of features and your comfort with the product.
