The features. Features, features, features. There are so many features that can be customized for anyone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can be complicated and support can be too into the product sometimes to dumb it down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure to setup training for all employees that use the product. Training is the key to integration.

It’s scalable to our business and we can integrate it with current systems. It is also intuitive for the users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How robust the functionality is and how easy it is to pull contracts for review. No more pieces of paper!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it were less expensive.

If you are still living in a world of spreadsheets and paper copies, this is a way to automate that world.
