What I dislike most about SAP Business Network is its complex and sometimes unintuitive user interface. New users often face a steep learning curve, and performing even basic tasks can feel cumbersome without proper training.

Being able to keep my customer was the only positive thing about this.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software is not user friendly and makes things difficult for small businesses. I have customers that now use this, forcing me to use it, but it is so difficult and time consuming in comparison to the way we were doing things prior,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Might be useful for large corporations using it often, but if you rarely will use it, there is better ways.
