What differentiates SAP Business Network from other similar products?

SAP Ariba includes full contract life-cycle reports which is distinct from most other products. The ability to view the tasks from beginning to end with what's complete and what's pending is an excellent overview to ensure the contract gets complete in a timely manner. Thousands of contracts can be searched in one place and signatures can be done electronically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the phrase filters that will read the documents during the search. This makes it easy when there are thousands of contracts to sort through. The integration and auditing tools are a bonus!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since using SAP Ariba I have not found anything that I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any organization that manages contracts would benefit from SAP Ariba as it is a one stop shop that can be integrated with other products. It is very user friendly and cost effective.
