Great software that can help grow E-commerce

What differentiates Salsify from other similar products?

We initially got Salsify because we had no PIM or data repository. Salsify is more user-friendly that all other platforms I've personally seen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ability to build complex channels, do specific coding where I need, and build in governance, security, and reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salsify needs to implement a CDN because every time a document is replaced, the digital asset ID changes, which changes the URL links, negatively impacting our website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great place to start for PIMs, and can be used in a variety of use cases and complex requirements. Make sure that whoever is in charge of the platform administration understands data modeling and architecture.

What differentiates Salsify from other similar products?

In our organization, we as a product management team and also our data teams are utilizing this one of the most Intelligent PIM software to collect information from various data sources, discover incorrect details, and correct them. This helped us a lot in keeping our product data error-free. Product data is now easily distributed to all desired distribution channels using Salsify PIM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the major advantages is that it offers a very plain architecture making maintenance easier, installation simpler, our job easier, and giving our eyes a cool look. Product UI is amazingly clean. Without any deep knowledge, it is really simple to adopt. Training and the learning route are both well documented. Integrations with a lot of OOB retailers are also adorable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it can occasionally have issues, nothing has prevented us from carrying out our work. The support team is always very kind and quick to react, so the problems were fixed pretty promptly. One annoying issue is that Salsify PIM frequently takes a while to refresh direct connections, and we frequently observe out-of-date API connections.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software comes with vast functionality and a user-friendly interface. In my opinion, every e-commerce company should have this software because of its cross-platform interaction features and the availability of APIs. With Salsify software it is really simple to maintain a one-stop data warehouse, make rapid product catalogs, and manage digital assets.
