What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
Salesloft is more focused on sales communication & lead management. Also, creating customized emails for leads is something which we were looking for, which is provided by Salesloft platform. The platform has a very user friendly interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesloft helps you create cadences for different type of services/products, that you can easily send to the leads with minor changes, instead of writing complete emails from scratch.Real-time activity tracking can be done & reports can be fetched easily. It can also be integrated with your calendars & automatically blocks time on calendar when your lead would schedule a meeting from the Salesloft meeting link that you can add in your Signature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes as of now. The portal is working really good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesloft is a highly recommended product. It provides analytics report which helps in improving productivity at work. It helps in creating highly personalized emails, letting us know about the HOT leads on which we can focus more & get conversions. My productivity at work has increased since the day I started using this tool.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
It is much different than ZoomInfo and more of a relationship tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rhythm is a great tool! Onboarding was amazing!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is hard to connect with and doesn't really understand the issues. No phone numbers are listed to call. Can take a few days to get a response.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product, especially if you have a contact database already.
