What differentiates Salesforce Flow from other similar products?
Our lives are made more accessible by tools for reporting and dash boarding. Comparatively speaking, a very secure platform. The reporting features are outstanding. The console makes it simple to control several programs from one location. I can look up information quickly. It is hassle-free since I use it for daily activities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The "raise a case" option makes it extremely simple to report any bugs, errors, or issues that we can't seem to resolve on our end. It significantly reduces stressful mistakes or errors quickly. Although it could initially seem impressive, it is relatively intuitive. It becomes elementary and intuitive when you have the time to experiment, click, and use something regularly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Employee costs increase. It takes time to maintain a system. The outages last a few minutes. I am unable to alter how the visuals appear. It takes time to have to insert the data one at a time. The website is not mobile-friendly and cannot be seen on a mobile device. Only sometimes self-explanatory, and we frequently needed our representative's assistance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My favorite aspect of the app is its incredibly user-friendly interface and the ability to easily integrate it with other apps, which I find extremely useful. Various gadgets can access Salesforce as well. Salesforce also develops other applications that support our demands. Rapid application setup and configuration for both new and existing apps.

What differentiates Salesforce Flow from other similar products?
Every component appears to have a box to check, a section to fill out, or space. And if there isn't, creating what you need or asking for something to be added will be pretty straightforward. It may be a result of my IT staff or Salesforce itself, but they've considered everything and are always willing to add features we require for sales when in doubt.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
An outstanding user experience; it's clear how the objects are organized. To help analyze and learn how many items are implemented and accessible, a lot of metadata is produced. Particular emphasis should be given to the Tooltips, which are helpful and make it simple to acquire information without constantly clicking everything. A lead is scored by the insights feature based on their activity on our website or connected promotions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The type of phone number that takes time to recognize is annoying. Salespeople cannot be given leads in bulk. Data extraction via dashboards is disabled. Implementing governance and specific data protection regulations takes a lot of work. With apps that are not from Salesforce, integration is not the simplest. Finding resources with expertise in lightning platforms and app development is expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The assistance team responds quickly. A program that is simple to deploy and configure. It keeps track of all our accounts and enables the generation of reports using data input into the system. It keeps track of sales and supports forecasts and objectives. Has special reports and panels, a simple reporting process, and great pipeline visibility.

What differentiates Salesforce Flow from other similar products?
The many Salesforce Objects and Reports can be integrated and shown on a great, flexible platform. It is simple to use, intuitive, and has incredibly helpful tooltips. It is unquestionably a step up over its predecessors in terms of user experience. The Lightning Platform's low code no code capabilities are now very effective. The regular upgrades and feature improvements are quite helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A lead is scored by the insights feature based on their behavior on our website or in connected marketing. Our lives are made easier by monitoring and dash boarding tools as well as chattering, which allows us to communicate with internal sales representatives. The most prominent and easily accessible alternatives for scalability are low code and no code functionalities. I find it to be hassle-free since I use it for daily activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lightning moves too slowly, making it occasionally laborious. When you are attempting to help a customer and you have to hold them on the phone for an extended period of time because your software is slow, it may be really annoying. Implementing governance and specific data protection regulations is challenging.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The platform is particularly useful for top management, who can have a 360-degree view of the total health of the business in one location, including lead generation, customers, open or concluded agreements, etc. It's a fantastic account management tool that is constantly updated and it also offers transparency on the performance of your teams and the clients they are working with.
