What differentiates Robly from other similar products?

Easy to use! I've used mail chimp and another system and always go back to robly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop features and their customer support is always amazing. Always get my questions and issues solved fast where other companies take forever to respond and their live customer support is the best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Don't have an answer to this. Any frustrations they good at solving and fixing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize their live customer support! Don't just assume anything, they're very helpful and want you to have a good experience with their platform!

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?

Many email marketing providers are similar. What brought me to Robly was the easy access to customer support and their price. Once I started using the system on a daily basis, I realized how great the delivery was too. Once the delivery succeeded, I was sold on Robly for not only my company, but many of the vendors I'm working with too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to speak with customer support whenever there's an issue is a top priority for my company. This is my favorite aspect of Robly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would prefer the campaign reports to be a one button click to download a PDF, PNG, or JPEG of the report. As of today, that option is not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try the 14 day trial to make sure Robly has everything you need to succeed with your campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing comes to mind, honestly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are in franchising so the option of a parent account with child sub-accounts is extremely important to us when vetting an email SaaS. If you intend on creating sub-accounts underneath your main account, this platform wins above all else. I can't imagine why franchises would go with any other platform. I've worked in the franchise industry for over a decade and have not seen a SaaS as user friendly and supportive as Robly- which says a lot since our user base is entrepreneurial and has zero background in email marketing.
