What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
It's is very easy to use and also very effective as I can find many things in one place. This makes Rippling a very useful tool for my work and I find more time to concentrate on the real job. The functionalities are simple but effective. I can find the tools easily. Having different roles was a little confusing at the beginning but now it's very clear to me.

Unlike others, Rippling is an all-in-one solution that integrates HR, Payroll, Team Management, Employee Benefits, Analytics and Various IT Support. There are numerous useful third-party applications that can be integrated with this system. YOU ONLY NEED ONE-TIME LOGIN/CHECK-IN TO USE ALL OTHER PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS from Browsers, to Data Sourcing etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Effective Employee Work Evaluation Employee Benefits Multiple Third-party software integrations Easy to Understand and Use Very Affordable
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initially you need to take a lot of time to learn about this platform and only then can you understand it and can make good use of it. It is easy to understand but it takes a lot of effort from the vendor representative to teach you all you need to know.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are running a multi-national company, and Hybrid working set up, you most definitely need Rippling. Their onboarding process is so easy, their staff is very intelligent and cooperative and very patient. Just go for it, and I promise you will like the experience.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling is constantly innovating its platform by adding features like report templates, benefits management, and the capability to integrate with other apps. Rippling is a very neat solution that centralizes all of our data for easy reporting. With a PEO, we can retain direct employment with our staff while yet reaping the benefits of a PEO's infrastructure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface of the application is straightforward. The Rippling crew was really quick to respond. The changeover from the previous service was seamless. Someone from the company was assigned to provide detailed instructions, including with videos. Our issues were heard and addressed promptly by the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Several features, such the option to manually create a new pay field but not a deduct field for payroll, the deletion of incorrect transition histories in the profile, and the deduction of a percentage of pay for PTO requests, all seem to be missing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It streamlines the process of accessing my benefits and controlling my timeclock, requiring next to no mental effort on my part. That way, I can get back to work.
