What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?

It brings identity management, device management, app access, and employee onboarding into one platform. Instead of using different tools for each task, everything is connected, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Rippling IT is how much time it saves by automating routine IT tasks. Setting up new employees, giving them access to the right apps, and managing devices can all be done from one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial setup can also feel a little overwhelming because there are so many options to configure. At times, making small changes requires navigating through multiple menus, which can be frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform works best when you use its automation features for onboarding, offboarding, device management, and app access. Start with the core features first, then gradually explore the more advanced options as your team gets comfortable.
