What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?

What stood out to me was how well it brings IT tasks together instead of making me switch between multiple tools. Managing devices, user access, and software from one place has made our day-to-day work much more organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is the automation. New employee setup and routine IT tasks require much less manual effort now, which saves time and helps avoid small mistakes that can happen when everything is done manually.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features take a bit of exploring before you know where everything is. I also think a few advanced settings could be explained better so new administrators can get comfortable with the platform more quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend spending some time planning your setup before rolling it out. Once everything is configured to match your processes, the platform becomes much easier to manage and you'll get much more value from the automation features.

Having HR events automatically trigger IT tasks—like provisioning accounts on day one or revoking access immediately when someone leaves—can save significant administrative time, reduce errors, and strengthen security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing for additional modules can become expensive for smaller teams, and setting up complex custom policies takes time.
