You can integrate accounting and payroll software, such as Gusto, or even industry-specific applications, such as Bark Membership POS. Revel also offers multiple mobile applications. With the Revel Systems app, you can receive payments from anywhere, and with the Revel Systems app, your customers can place orders or participate in your loyalty program. Thanks in part to its large ecosystem of apps, it allows for serious customization with its integrations. Its features go beyond basic credit card processing as well, especially if you opt for a registry or restaurant plan. Your plan of record, for example, can manage inventory, create a customer loyalty program, and more.

What differentiates Revel Systems POS from other similar products?

It is a highly flexible and customizable platform, modifications can be made very quickly and easily. It allows to carry out the operations of the stores with a high degree of security and audit, allowing total control of the operation. The integrations that it allows, generate a lot of ease of operation, increase efficiency and the final result is excellent. It generates high-quality customer reports that facilitate the process of sales, discounts, receipts, cancellations and others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a simple user interface to use. Anyone without experience can learn to use the system very easily. The menu and prices can be modified at any time and very easily. The customer loyalty program offers the opportunity to attract new customers and maintain the loyalty of existing customers. The reporting dashboard is enriched with excellent, easy-to-analyze information. Ease of access to reports, billing and menu management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far the only thing that I think can be improved is that the system slows down in some moments when there is a lot of synchronization of orders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this platform for its reliable, flexible, efficient set of tools and its ability to handle large volumes of business transactions.
