What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?
If there is one department where Quickbooks Online excels, it's without a doubt the user interface. Through its intuitive design and modern outlook, it makes the feature-rich program easy to use
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of Quickbooks' biggest strengths shines through in the form of its payroll management. It lets me approach critical payroll tasks with support from laser-focused functions and automated features
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cloud storage and management of Quickbooks Online updates and saves data without creating any restoration points. As a result we are unable to easily go back to transactions that are deleted or modified
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Quickbooks Online is designed to help you streamline your financial processes and due to its popularity it is used by professionals and business across various industries

What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?
Everything from bookkeeping and accounting to payroll and budgeting is being handled using QuickBooks Online. Our grant writer, accountant, treasurer, and auditor all have access to the platform, but I am the major user.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I utilize all aspects of the software on a regular basis, from payroll and time and attendance to accounting. I always recommend that my customers use QuickBooks to streamline their accounting processes. They also do a fantastic job of sending out reminders and remitting payroll taxes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd want for a refund not to be counted as income and instead be deducted from my outgoings. It would be helpful if it were simpler to update incorrect posts. Unused payment amounts can be simpler to match.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For my small business's accounting needs, I rely on QuickBooks Online. I also use it in my role as accountant/bookkeeper for a number of other small firms. Accounting and payroll for small businesses are simplified using QuickBooks.

What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?
Its automatic reporting feature is a major deciding factor, between Quickbooks and similar products we have tried in my office.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quick online access to project accounting information, from across any device, including on my mobile phone. Asides this, Quickbooks (Online) reporting makes it super easy to access vital metrics with a simple click ,without unnecessary complexities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navigation can be more intuitive and its online multi-currency feature is very limiting. Very importantly too, I want to be able to do more on the mobile application. As an example of this , I am unable to track time spent on specific tasks using the app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Quickbooks online is just ideal for small teams or small projects. Reason why, it is used strictly by specific project teams in my department.
