What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?
It has helped us to make payment to our workers on time and easy, and to keep track of all the payments we have made to our employees and suppliers. It has helped us to stay on schedule, which is important in the area of people's funds. If there is a struggle, we can easily find the customer's user within our documents and fix the problem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is possible to customize receipts as needed and it is very easy to use. Receipts for purchases can be emailed or sent as a group to shorten time. Also, it is possible to send accounts payable reminders and statements right away. All of these items will assist us in getting paid on time. At the top of the My Customers screen, there is a bar chart showing the percentage distribution of accounts payable, active accounts and accounts that have been written off in the last thirty days. This is helpful as I can see this information quickly when I need it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A little off-putting is that they really try to promote the online version over the program version. We once questioned a salesperson via internet chat and he really tried to discourage me, arguing that they don't provide any assistance if you own the program. They probably make more money from online subscriptions. I would like to be able to generate email billing from my personal email address so that invoices sent from that email address are less likely to get into users' spam inboxes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
QuickBooks is used by the set of companies that we are. We have about 120 clients and QuickBooks supports us in preserving their accounts with remarkable accuracy and timeliness. The team loves the payment capability and that it automatically records when a payment is made through the electric bill. I find that having this capability helps us get more payments on time, as well as save a little energy and effort.
