What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?

Qualified is great because it puts the onus on the team at large to take care of prospects needing help on the website. It's a group effort to make sure we're all manning the ship. It's also great that the dashboard allows us all to see how conversations are going so we can learn from each other.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that we can see who is on the website, what area and company they are from- it really helps to build raport.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much to improve on- the only thing I would change is having a customizable notification sound.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has already generated numerous leads for my team in the short time we have had it - you are losing out if Qualified isn't on your website's homepage!!

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?

Qualified's integration with Salesforce is the best in the industry, being able to call different objects both native and custom to tailor the chat experience. The UI is very easy to use and straightforward. The Live Streams are incredibly helpful in segmenting traffic/companies. The CS team is excellent at resolving my issues and noting the product enhancements I (and others) would like to see.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Getting a better understanding of website visitors through their integrations with Clearbit and 6sense

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish that there could be a setting to make reps available rather than it being a very manual process of setting it in the UI. More integrations (For example - Segment) The ability to have multiple admins that can make changes rather than only one

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research and understand how Qualified separates itself from the competition How robust is your Salesforce instance? Essential in making sure Qualified pulls all that info in to be more personalized
