nothing. amazing experience and helped me dramatically increase my chance of hitting my number and tracking opportunities from accounts getting website visits

its an incredible tool and I strongly consider taking a demo if you have an SDR/BDR team that expects good website traffic from your Marketing team

It is much more robust for features and capabilities, and it integrates smoothly with Salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When a person is on our website, this tool pulls data from Salesforce so we know who the person is, what company they work for, and where they are in the sales funnel. This makes it easy for our SDRs who handle chat to provide a more personal experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it is so robust, it takes a fair amount of training to learn how to correctly use it to maximize results and ROI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a fantastic product that will help your business convert website traffic into leads and clients, especially if you use Salesforce as your CRM. However, because it is a very robust tool, you must put in time for multiple training sessions.
